**Purpose:** Assess organizational maturity in building and maintaining a reusable threat library for the infrastructure that hosts and serves AI/HAI systems, covering all seven infrastructure archetypes mapped to HAI TTPs, ATLAS tactics (TA0001–TA0014), and the HAIAMM Cloud Threat Taxonomy (HCT) roots (BadCode, BadAction, BadPrincipal, BadPermissions)

- Answer each question honestly based on **current, implemented practices** (not plans or aspirations)
